my personal relationship with the faceless facebook people

My Facebook account got hacked into - I guess my password was too easy and have been using some derivative of my children's names and ages for too long. Someone didn't like one of the pictures I had up. So I changed my password - then quickly forgot the changed password and changed it again and then didn't know which was which. A problem. In order to change your password, they wanted me to write my old password. Definitely a problem. I wrote to Facebook - took too long to answer - wrote again. I got an answer on the second email. All was fixed. I was back in to Facebook all was well. First email got answered the next day and once again - a problem. They reset my password again. I'm back in. No more password issues, please!
